About the Social upheaval in 1919 as World War 1 ended: There are many things the government can do to relieve the situation. There is the taxation of profits… Better and cheaper housing, state care for the sick, so that a family who are so unfortunate to have sickness, will not be further penalized by having to pay for it; old age pensions to relieve the minds of our people from the fear of want.
